This Privacy Policy explains how FaithTracks ("FaithTracks", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website and use the FaithTracks web app (the "Service"). FaithTracks is operated from Brazil and offered to a global audience, including users in the United States.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase & billing information. When you purchase, checkout and payment are processed by our payment platform Hotmart. We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive limited order data (e.g., name, email, plan, status) from Hotmart.
- Analytics & advertising data. We use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These set cookies and similar identifiers and collect device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions to measure performance and deliver/measure ads.
- Technical/log data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes server logs including IP address, user agent, and request data for security and delivery.
- Information you give us. If you contact us (e.g., by email), we receive the information you provide.
We do not currently operate user accounts or an email marketing list. If that changes, this Policy will be updated.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service and process your purchase via Hotmart.
- To measure and improve site performance and our marketing (analytics).
- To deliver and measure advertising, including on Meta platforms.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Categories: strictly necessary, analytics (Google), and advertising (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Hotmart (checkout, billing, subscription), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising/measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting, security). We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — see Section 6.
5. International data transfers
We operate from Brazil and our providers may process data in Brazil, the United States, and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know/access the personal information we collect; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subscription records are retained per Hotmart's processing and applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
