Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellation for FaithTracks, which is sold as a one-time annual purchase. Purchases are processed by our payment platform Hotmart.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund. To request it, contact us at [email protected] or use your Hotmart purchase page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Hotmart.
2. One-time annual payment — what you are agreeing to
So there are no surprises, please note:
- FaithTracks is a one-time annual payment, not a subscription. You pay once for 12 months of access.
- There is no automatic renewal. Your payment method is not charged again, and access simply ends at the close of the 12-month period unless you choose to purchase again.
- The price is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
3. Cancellation
Because this is a one-time annual purchase and not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel — you will not be billed again. If you have any questions about your purchase, email us at [email protected] and we will help.
4. Refunds after the guarantee period
Outside the 7-day guarantee window, your annual payment is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.
