These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FaithTracks ("FaithTracks", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the FaithTracks website and web app (the "Service"). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to enter a binding contract (or have your parent/guardian's consent). The Service is not directed to children under 13.

2. The Service

FaithTracks is a browser-based (Progressive Web App) music service offering Psalm-inspired Christian rap, trap, and drill tracks for workouts and personal use. No app-store download is required. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Purchase & billing

• FaithTracks is sold as a one-time annual payment that gives you access for 12 months. Purchases are processed through our payment platform Hotmart; by purchasing you also agree to Hotmart's applicable terms.
• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Your payment method is charged once for the year, and you will not be billed again unless you choose to purchase again. Pricing is shown at checkout.
• Installment options, where available, are offered and processed by Hotmart.

4. Refunds

Because access is a one-time annual purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream the content for your own use. You agree not to: download, copy, redistribute, rip, sell, or publicly perform the content except as the Service allows; circumvent any access controls; or use the Service unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The lyrics are inspired by the Psalms, adapted from the public-domain Almeida Revista e Corrigida (ARC, 1911). The sound recordings, productions, arrangements, artwork, the "FaithTracks" name, and the website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 5.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FaithTracks is for entertainment and personal enrichment and is not medical, fitness, mental-health, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithTracks and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithTracks from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
